Return and Refund Policy
You can return or exchange products purchased from our online store within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
Conditions for return or exchange:
– The product must be in its original condition
– No signs of use, glue, or mechanical damage
– The product must be complete and properly packaged
Before returning an item, you must contact our support team to receive return instructions.
Return shipping:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 7 business days using the original payment method.
Note:
If the product is defective or not as described, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Custom-made or personalized products may not be eligible for return, except in cases of defect or manufacturing error.
